Terms and conditions

Flights take place on dates set by the Service Provider, all year round.

The Service Provider undertakes to make every effort to ensure that the flight takes place at a time most convenient for the Client, however, it is not able to guarantee its implementation on a specific day. The Client wishing to change the flight date to another day is obliged to contact the Service Provider no later than 3 days before the scheduled flight date. Such a change can be made a maximum of 2 times, with the proviso that after the booking deadline such a change is no longer possible. The Client is obliged to follow the instructions, recommendations, regulations, tips and orders of the Service Provider. The Client is obliged to appear at the place of flight 15 minutes before the booked flight date. Failure to appear by the Client or their delay longer than 15 minutes results in the loss of the right to redeem the voucher, regardless of the reasons, and therefore also in the event of delay or failure to appear due to unforeseen circumstances – unless the parties agree otherwise. Definition of flight time as defined by COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) No 1178/2011 of 3 November 2011, FCL.010:
Helicopter flight time is the total time from the moment the rotor blades start to rotate until the helicopter finally stops after the flight and the rotor blades stop. The Service Provider may refuse to perform a flight in the absence of appropriate weather conditions or in the event of other organizational or technical reasons that do not ensure safe performance of the flight or when there are other external reasons that prevent the flight from being performed. Then the Client sets a new flight date with the Service Provider. In such a situation, the Service Provider is not obliged to cover the costs incurred by the Client, especially such as transport and accommodation costs. The above also applies accordingly to situations when the flight was not performed due to technical reasons beyond the control of the Service Provider, such as, in particular, machine and device failures.

In the case of minors or persons lacking full legal capacity, written consent of the legal guardians of the minor or the person lacking full legal capacity is required, or the presence of at least one of the guardians at the place where the flight is being carried out. The lack of a consent document or the absence of one of the guardians is the basis for refusing to carry out the flight. Carrying hazardous materials on board a helicopter is prohibited.

The final decision on carrying out or refusing to carry out a flight is always made by the aircraft commander.

The aircraft commander may refuse to fly a passenger who:

  • is under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants and whose behavior may pose a threat to flight safety,
  • is disturbing public order,
  • is behaving in a manner that is offensive to others,
  • is endangering his/her own life or health and the life or health of the aircraft crew,
  • is hindering the activities of the aircraft crew through his/her behavior,
  • has a degree of physical or mental impairment which, in the opinion of the pilot, does not guarantee safety on board during the flight,
  • has a height and body dimensions that do not ensure proper seating in the aircraft cabin,
  • the passenger’s weight violates the conditions of proper aircraft balance.

The permissible passenger weight is: 136 KG.
